Where is my mobile?

I placed an order for a phone deal on 26/11/2018 and I have still not received this. I have used the text messaging service and spoken to someone on the phone both today and yesterday who confirmed they would reschedule the delivery, that was supposed to be today, apparently tomorrow now too but I still haven't received a thing and when I log into my account online it says its currently being processed like it has from the beginning. I just don't know where to go from here, nothing seems to get resolved properly.

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

I'm really sorry that there's been a delay with the delivery of your handset and for the trouble you've had trying to get to the bottom of things. 

I can assure you this ins't the level of service we aim to provide and it's disappointing to learn of instances like this. 

I'd love to take a closer look if this hasn't yet been resolved, just pop me a personal message and we'll take it from there.
