Can someone please supply an address that I can write to as I am sick and tired of hitting a brick wall every time I try to contact the so called Virgin Media / Mobile customer services advisors.
As per my previous posts I cancelled my mobile contract due to virgin not completing their part of the deal - i.e providing me with mobile data.
I have today received an arrears notice saying that I am 2 months behind in payments for a contract that was cancelled on the 30th of November 2016.
I have tried to contact the advised numbers but due to serious hearing issues I rely on my brother to help me with this.
I have had previous replies from advisors online that everything is sorted out and we have also been told told by the cancellation department that everything was sorted out, yet today another threading letter has been received.
Can someone please help

dose it work though or is it no longer active ,i just had to pose as new customer to get some actually response, finally did get customer services, took about four hours,couple of web chat and then phone call very long one i went via 0800 so i didnt pay for call good think as the phone part like nearly two hours
