Same issue as everyone else is complaining about when registering an account it will not let me save my password even though I have followed all the requirements and says that it is a strong password think after 3 yrs this would be fixed, very frustrating and a waste of time

So this happened to me and a lot of others and another poster said to try this
use only 8 Characters
1st character being a letter
at least 2 letters uppercase
and 1 number only.
this worked for me.

Thanks for making your first post regarding registering for My Virgin Media, I'm sorry to hear that your password is not being accepted. Have you tried clearing your cache and deleting your cookies then trying again?
Have you also tried accessing the My Virgin Media website to sign up via a different web browser?
