Volt Package + O2 Billing

I've just changed my package to the Ultimate Volt Bundle a few days ago and my package on the site says the full price the team quoted me (with the O2 SIM included)

But I've just had an email from O2 with my first bill of £25. (Haven't even got the SIM card yet!)

If so, this is not the price I was quoted by the advisor and is actually £25 more!

Anyone else have a similar experience?

Purchased £39 tariff with £10 O2 inc sim card. (volt package) Total upgrade price = £49.00
Got a bill for £10.45 from O2 ( no sim card or anything received)
look online and my tariff is £49.05p
Why do I have a new contract with O2 for more than advertised.
Why is this contract for £49.05?
It doesn't make sense.
