Volt Benefits Query

Hello

Im a O2 and virgin media eligable customer for VOLT

im getting in a super frustrating situation where the volt benefit doesn't work with no reason and when i call virgin media they seem to have no clue what the VOLT benefit is !

where do i need to contact for help towards this ???

Sorry to hear of the troubles you're having with this. To confirm, what is not working and when did you activate the benefits?
