Voicemail

I am in Spain on holiday and require access to my voicemail, it is asking for a pin number and I have never set one. Please help me access or set a pin

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting. 

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues accessing your Voicemail whilst abroad. 

The PIN made set as default but we can access the account and confirm this with you.
