I am new to Virgin Media and after having my smartphone use up all my data £5 in a day. Added a £10 jampack and restricted background data...since then all has been okay.
However, when I try to get my answerphone messages from my mobile a lady says 'sorry, you don't have enough credit to make this call right now, don't worry we have options for you; And then goes on to offer facility to top up. I have over 480 minutes of time left in my allowance so I don't know why I have to top up some more to retrieve my messages??
If anyone can give me a heads up, that would be great!!
