Voicemail Icon Not Clearing

We are aware that some customers are experiencing an issue with the voicemail icon not disappearing after a voicemail has been listened to. This issue does not affect voicemails being left or retrieved. Customers can still access their inbox and listen to voicemails, however the voicemail icon may not disappear as it should once the message has been listened to. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes and are working hard to resolve it.
