Virgin mobile verification email not coming through

I registered for my Virgin mobile account but the email verification hasn’t came through even after re-sending it 3 times. I’ve checked spam/junk and it’s not there

Hi there it has now been more than 24 hours, and still no email not in inbox or spam/junk. Is there anyway this can be resolved?
