i am having issues with security password for my elderly mother they keep and asking her about the password she cannot remember I have phoned a number of times they also ask her about the tariffs she is on I have answered saying that virgin have not sent a bill for a number of months. A password was supposed to be sent through the post but this was a couple of weeks ago
this has not arrived yet, can someone help as i am getting no help with customer services
