Please can you confirm what is happening, are you logging in and its giving you an error?
How are you trying to log in is it through the app or online? I would also try another browser / device if possible.

Try to log in: Accepts e-mail and password. goes through Captcha check - then displays this message Ajax Request Error:0:error and just hangs there.
I have tried to re-register - it just takes me back to the log-in screen (same message appears).
I spoke to the Virgin help line and they have already reset the account?

Does this issue occur when you use the a different browser or device?
Please try also clearing your cache and cookies on the device. Let me know if this have helped at all.
