I recently changed my Internet package and I asked if it would affect my mobile. I was told no.
Virgin have now cancelled my mobile.
I've had nothing but complete incompetence from Virgin from the very beginning and this is the latest farce. Whenever I try to lodge a complaint I get passed back to some idiot that keeps telling me to check my Wi-fi. Honestly, I've had enough of you.
So now I want my PAC code. Of course I cannot get my PAC code as I cannot send text messages.
So now what?
