I called last week to pay for my data/ calls and texts £20 for 2 mobile numbers but they were unable to take a payment as said a flag on account that needed removing (1st payment on new contract) and would take 24 hours so I would be called back the day after once sorted. No call the day after but both phones were then cut off! Called several times to 789 that day- no joy- the calls were cut off after being on hold and demanding to speak to a manager. Told you must pay for service to be put on but unable to take a payment....so catch 22. This has continued every day since and now almost a week without a phone. Told to go to the shop to pay, which I did but they cant take payments. Still unable to take a payment today. At a loss what to do...................and as for the call centres absolutely rude and unconcerned saying nothing can do except wait 24 hours each day!! Help.
