I just went onto my mobile account to check back call details but it was so slow that I went to hard copies of old bills and checked the info there. Found what I needed.
Returned to PC and it STILL hadn't brought up my bill details.
PS, other websites working fine.

We'll be sure to check it out and feedback if needed. I have checked today on Chrome and seems to be working ok.
May we ask what browser you were using and if you had the same issue when trying to access your account via the YourAccount mobile app?
