Have also requested a password login, and have received nothing.

Can get to the password reset and then it just loops back.

 

Need help with it ASAP.

No, and even the verification text is taking ages to come through.

I managed to get the security question screen, but when I ask for a reset from that screen it just goes back to that start and I receive no email with the password reset link.

I need to get on to get a PAC code and attempt to change my contract ASAP, as I have a new phone on the way.
