I have upgraded phones and want to keep my existing number. I have transferred my old SIM card to the new phone. I was allocated a new number so all data usage I have used on the new phone has been allocated to my existing account, which has a low data limit.
Can I just close my old account and then all data usage will show up on my new account, or will this be done automatically.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forums, CarlEverard,
To cancel your mobile service will require you speaking to the team by phone, however unfortunately you are not able to reallocate allowances between numbers.

The fastest way to upgrade is to log in.. Just hit Can I upgrade? in the drop-down menu.
On the Three app, go to the plan menu and scroll down to the Contracts section. This will show you if you're eligible for an upgrade.
You can also visit us at Local Store.

Hi @Dillon23
Welcome to our Community Help Forum!
Just to clarify, this forum is for Virgin Media / Mobile customers, not Three customers 🙂
Best wishes,
