I have been a Virgin mobile customer for years, a few days ago I upgraded my account package and received my new SIM. I put my new SIM into my existing I-phone and now my phone needs unlocking! I rang 789 and was told this will take 5-7 days! I put my old SIM back in and now the only function I can use on my phone is WhatsApp! I would never have upgraded my account if I'd known this would happen. It's been 2 days now and I have no confidence that the unlocking will take place soon??? Is there anyway Virgin can expedite the matter???
