I have unlimited minutes but every time I try to make a call it says I don't have enough credit. I am not a pay-as-you-go customer. How can I sort this?

Thanks for the update on this. Sorry to hear things are still the same. Have you tried to remove the SIM from your device, and re-insert it? Can you please confirm which device you are using? Can you please try to do the following:
ANDROID
- Select Apps from the Home Screen
- Select Virgin SIM Toolkit Icon
- Select Roaming
- Select Mode
- Select Manual
- Reselect Automatic
IOS USERS:
- Select Settings from the Home Screen
- Select Phone (if on iOS 14 or above, select Mobile Data)
- Select SIM Applications
- Select Roaming
- Select Mode
- Select Manual
- Reselect Automatic
After changing this setting, please reboot your device and try to make a call.
