Unlimited minutes but no credit to make calls?

I am on unlimited minutes but cannot make calls to UK landlines or UK mobiles.  I have checked & all my numbers should be included in my unlimited minutes so there seems to be no reason why you are barring my calls?

Can you please correct immediately as my children need to be able to contact me when I'm away from the home

I am sorry that you are not able to make calls to UK landlines or UK mobiles.

Can you please tell me, since you mentioned you need it to be working for your children, is it also making it impossible for people to call you as well as you not being able to call others?
