I’ve received an email regarding a mobile linked to my account thanking me for my order of a new sim. I haven’t ordered one. I wanted to check it was authentic but I have tried live chat, text messenging, phoning 789 and tweeting but have been either cut off or on hold for over 2 hrs. Is anyone on here able to help, please?

I am very sorry to hear you've received an email that you're a little unfamiliar with. Have you made any adjustment to your package or an upgrade recently? If so, it may be related to that.
