Virgin I'm appalled at your service!
2 days I have been trying to find out where my damn order is!! No one on the phone can seem to find it.. But people on chat can.. But can't give me any update!
A member of virgin staff took my bank details yesterday to do an order next apparently nothing exists!
Do you honestly expect the service to better AFTER they have had your money?
Might be time to look for another provider.
