Unbar service

Hi there

My mobile services have been barred, how do I get them unbarred? I've paid the outstanding amount into my account, waited 24 hours but nothing. Each day I sign back in to check and it says says I'm barred again.

Have you checked your online account to see if the payment went through? 

I would also look at restarting your phone to see if that works for you. Thanks

Yes the outstanding amount shows as paid on my account. I've restarted my phone a few times but still no service.
