Unable to sign in to account

I am unable to sign in to my online account for my mobile. I have tried on various different devices/platforms without success. I either get stuck on the Captcha request where despite ticking the box it keeps saying "Oops! Something is wrong try again". Or it just doesn't recognise my details at all even though I know they are correct.

Even if I try to register as a new account it says my details are not recognised on the system!!

This issue is driving me mad and I need to log on to ensure my phone is set up correctly to use abroad.

Can someone please help?
