Unable to register to virgin mobile

I have the same issue when I get to passwords I try to submit but it asks me to check passwords are in correct format. Which they are. Cant get passed this stage

Thanks for the reply however I have fixed the issue, when I was making the password it had 10 characters which is in the limit however wouldn't work, changing my password to 9 characters fixed the issue.
