Unable to log in into Virgin Mobile+No signal

Hi all, I have a problem of not being able to log in into my VMobile account, I also can't reset my password since apparently I'm not on the system and my details are unrecognisable. Also one of my two phones on contract is unreachable, nothing due to a phone since I tried the other sim and it works just fine. Does anyone else have similar problem? My only hope is to call the customer service but I just can't force myself to wait 45min on the phone...

Right I see. What devices are you tried this on? What web browsers have you tried on this?

Samsung s9, s10e, also over Google Chrome browser and CM browser.

Are you able to log in using the Virgin Mobile at all Nessa1? Would you be able to clear the cache of all your browsers and try again.

 

The phone that is unreachable, is that showing as connected to the network or does it say 'no network' ?

Hi Steven, I just done it, no change whatsoever. Idk what's going on, when I try to change password says this: 

We couldn't reset your password

We think there may be a problem with the email address you’re using. Please check you’re registered and that you’ve typed your email address correctly.

And then when I try to reset email and password and add my number, surname and post code it says this: 

Sorry - we can't seem to find you on our system.

Please double check the details you entered. You may need to register from scratch. It only takes a minute and we'll keep it interesting. Promise.

 

The phone that's unreachable has one bar of signal same as the one that's reachable. 

 

Sighhhh....
