I've recently signed up for broadband. Upon trying to create an account any password I attempt is met with : You can't use that password. Please choose another.
My passwords meet the criteria and receive a green tick but none are accepted.
Not a great start and already putting me off continuing with Virgin...

I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble setting up the online account. Just to confirm are you ensuring no special characters, only letters and numbers, MUST begin with a letter, try keeping it between 8-10 characters?
