Trouble with connection to Mobile data and Mobile provider

Hello everyone,

I have a trouble with connecting to the Virgin media service as well as the mobile data.

I live in Bulgaria and still use virgin media services. I did'n have an issue before, but for a more then a week I don't have an access to the mobile data and can not make phone calls.

Any ideas why is that and how should I proceed as I am not able to directly call Virgin media

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community. 

I'm sorry to hear that recently you are having an issue using the Mobile network. Do you find this is happening at all times or only when you are in a particular location?

Can you perform a reboot (not a factory reset) of the handset? This will help to reset the handset's connection to the local mast.

If this still doesn't work, we need to find out if the issue is with the SIM or the handset. Do you have another handset you could try your SIM in to see if there is any change?
