Trying to top up £10 for next month and it doesn't seem to be working.
I select my card (which is still in date) and the spinning widget appears and the page resets itself back to how it started rather than asking for my 3-digit security code as I'd expect. No error message or success confirmation. No text messages saying I've succeeded or attempted payment either.
Could you get the web team to look at this urgently, as after tomorrow it's too late to top up for February.
