Splitting bundle

Tuning in

I currently have the Ultimate Oomph bundle, which will soon be coming to the end of contract. If I cancel Virgin, is there a mechanism where I can start to be charged for the unlimited mobile sim without disruption - thereby 'splitting' the bundle?

Done paying for TV packages so going to be looking for broadband only, or broadband and mobile deal but I'm quite happy with Virgin Mobile (as it was) so would like to keep the current sim, and pay the going rate - very heavy data user, especially over the summer months, so comfortable with unlimted.

Hi redstar1,

Thank you for your post.

With regards to the Oomph bundle. If you do cancel the Home services this would cancel the Oomph Mobile SIM as well.

If you would like to change the Mobile tariff to a different one you would need to call into the team regarding that via 789/0345 600 0789 and they will be able to see what alternative tariffs are available.

This would mean that when the Oomph Home services are cancelled, the new SIM tariff would remain active.
