Spending cap reached

I received a text saying ‘You've hit your spending cap, which will reset on your next refresh.’ even though I have unlimited texts and calls and still have over 60GB of data left for this month? 

This is not the first time this has happened either.

How can this be fixed? I know you can changed your cap settings but surely if I do that I will be charged even though I have ample amounts of all services. I think it’s an issue on Virgin’s end.

Any help much appreciated
