I’ve just had the following text come through “You've hit your spending cap, which will reset on your next refresh. Head to virginmedia.com/changespendcap to login and change it.”
I’m always skeptical of scam texts so i logged in to my app rather than clicking the link and as the text says, there’s a message on my account that says I’m over my spending cap, however I have unlimited texts and calls, and still have 44GB of data left
Any help would be great!

It does sound very strange that you're no where near using all of your allowances, yet you have been sent this text.
I'll need to take a look at your account on my side to see if we've sent out a message that correlates with this text, if I can't find anything then it will most likely be a scam.

As mentioned I am not concerned that you are close to your spending cap, but if you do want more of a concrete answer I would give our mobile team a call on 0345 600 0789 or text them on 0753 301 6422 so they can take a look for you.
