I have followed the instructions, left it in overnight and no signal. I think because its been beyond 30 days of the original sim being sent that its been deactivated. (I got a replacement sim last week but it may be that you haven’t done something at your end).
Thanks for clarifying. If the SIM replacement hasn't been activated within 30 days than we may need to arrange another one. So we can help further I will contact you via PM _ just look out for the purple envelope icon and we'll take it from there.
