I have not recieved any messages to activate my sim card.

I have already followed all of these steps. I never received a prompt to enter the pin when entering the sim card.

Have you tried rebooting your device to see if you can get the pin prompt?

Is it possible to have missed the prompt? Is there some way to have virgin resend it?
