Services Barred

Hello

I have lost my sim card some time ago, so I have ordered a new one, the new card came in, I have paid any outstanding bills I had to pay, but I have no data and my calls are barred. Payments for bills went through already few days ago and it's still barred.

I'm in Poland just now, so calling support would cost me a fortune, and I can't even call them from my UK number.

I'm really sorry to hear of the issues that you're having with your phone, I have been able to locate your account and have refreshed your number on the network, this can take up to 24 hours and 15 mins to go through but I hope that it can restore service sooner.
