Hi
I missed some payments but have now cleared the outstanding balance. My service is still suspended. I called the helpline last week who could see that the service was suspended but could not see why. Please could I have an update as I am urgently needing my phone to access my online bank account.

Thank you for reaching out to us and welcome, we are sorry to hear your services are still not on after making a payment, was this cable or Mobile, did you set the Direct Debit back up once the payment was made?
There must be an active Direct Debit on all Mobile accounts to keep the services active.

Thanks Paul, I hadn't done that. I've amended and requested the direct debit again and will keep an eye on it the next couple of days.
