Sent wrong Sim Card

HI I spoke with an agent on Thursday with regards to being sent out a replacement sim card. 

I have the Ultimate Oomph Bundle with a unlimited Sim Card. I was trying to get a 5G sim card for my iPhone 13. However they have sent me another 4G sim card.

Is it possible to Send a 5G sim card.

The OOMPH SIMS are only 4G, not 5G. Best,

Can you please feedback that to the call centre staff as they appear to be giving wrong information.
