SIM card

Hi

Please I have signed a new broadband contract and the I have been told during this that there is a cheeper SIM deal for me . I understood that it is pay as you go not monthly direct debit.

I received the SIM today and I found it 24month contract.

Sorry, I don't need it and I need to return it .

How could I return it please?

You need to call Virgin Mobile up 0345 454 1111 and press option 2 for Mobile

If Virgin sim is a Pay as you go one, then there is nothing you need to do.

Thanks very much for your reply.

I called the customer service 10 days ago and they confirmed that the contract has been cancelled but now my banking application is showing that the direct debit is still active. The first payment is due tomorrow.

Do you have any idea about that?
