I have a monthly contact, and my SIM has been barred due to inactivity (you notified me of this by text).
I can't resolve this via my online account, and I can't call 789 because my SIM is barred.
Could you please help me to unbar my SIM?

Yes, I can confirm that al payments have been made on the account for the SIM card, despite the inactivity.
I believe the direct debit on the account is still active.
