SIM barred due to inactivity (contract)

Hi there,

I have a monthly contact, and my SIM has been barred due to inactivity (you notified me of this by text). 

I can't resolve this via my online account, and I can't call 789 because my SIM is barred.

Could you please help me to unbar my SIM?

Sorry to hear that your sim card has seemingly been blocked.

Can you please confirm that all payments have been made on the account for the sim card, despite the inactivity?

Is the direct debit on the account still currently active?

Yes, I can confirm that al payments have been made on the account for the SIM card, despite the inactivity. 

I believe the direct debit on the account is still active.
