Replacement Virgin Sim Card

Hello there

Please could I order a replacement SIM card.  The phone that I inserted it into advised that there was no   Tmobile network available.  After trying different actions regarding the settings on the phone, I went and bought another SIM to see if it was the phone or the SIM.  Suffice to say, the new temporary SIM worked in the phone.

I prefer to keep my Virgin mobile stuff, I am so used to the Virgin number etc that it is a comfort thing 🙂

Many thanks

Hi @BrendaEvans32

Thanks for posting on our community forum!

Just to double check, have you tried to use the Virgin SIM in a different device to see if this works?

Is this an old phone as T Mobile have not existed for some time?

Also, is this PAYG as this is in the process of closing down between now and January. If so you will have to move from Virgin anyway unless you take out a contract.

Hello Travis

Yes, a it was tried in a friend's phone.

Hi there

Thanks for your message.

No, it's going in a OnePlus 6 (I did run it in an Xperia)

The SIM is part of a monthly plan with the broadband plan I have with Virgin.

Cheers Virginia

Thanks for your reply, BrendaEvans32,

I've sent you a private message to confirm your mobile account details so we can get a SIM sent out.

Cheers,
