Replacement SIM no service.

I lost my phone, after two weeks, yesterday I received replacement SIM. I had bought new SIM free Motorola g10 phone using last week with Vodafone SIM. I put virgin SIM in it ( as SIM 2 dual SIM phone)yesterday, still say no service. I've tried it virgin only in phone still no service.
