Registered email wrong

Hi,
I ordered 2 sim only deals yesterday but when I registered for some reason I misspelled my email address 🙁 The order has gone through but I didn't receive a confirmation email and obviously I can't log into the Virgin Mobile account to change it.  I've tried Live Chat but it wants me to use Whatsapp which I would rather not use.

Thanks for posting on our community forum and sorry to hear about the issue regarding your mobile order.

 

We would need you to use our WhatsApp chat if instructed as our Mobile Care team will look to have the issue with order resolved with all relevant access to the systems.

Hi I somehow managed to put in the wrong email when registering and now I can’t sign in or access account or links to reset.

any ideas how to fix this please?
