Refund not received

Hi I was told I would be sent a cheque for my remaining credit after pay as you go was cancelled.  I still haven't received this, any chance you can investigate.

Thank you for making this post regarding the cheque for your PAYG refund, I'm sorry to hear you've not received this yet. I would like to take a look on our systems and get an update for you on the matter. I shall send you a private message now to obtain the details required.
