I received a new SIM at the beginning of May. Occasionally I get a message 'refreshing SIM data' when I'm using the internet (wifi). When this happens the internet session is interrupted and the page refreshed, which is inconvenient. Can you please advise on how I can stop this? Thanks

Have you tried putting the SIM card into a different handset to see if the issue still remains?

As I said, yes the sim works in an xperia phone

May I ask has the new Samsung ever been able to make any calls and texts?
Also have you attempted to manually select a network from the Samsung settings?
