Virgin is the worst company i have ever seen, virgin disconnect my mobile, and there was no bill due to pay, i am trying to contact them for the last 24 hours but i failed, they have no clear email or customer service. i called 0.454541111 many times each time took around 15 to 21 minutes, without answering me. [ i called 6 times] also i called 789 has no answer as well.

please contact me to solve the problem
