What's with the team trying to push people on to 02 mobile as part of their package, despite being told I don't want it, are you on commission? Had to contact 02 to stop dd and also contact my bank to get money back.!
Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post. I'm sorry that you have had to speak to O2 to get this sorted, have you taken one of our Volt packages as that comes with an O2 sim?
