I have had the same issue described above. Got a new VOLT contract with Virgin in January and was told that my current SIM car would be fine and that O2 would take over the service. SIM has been disconnected and had no replacement som from O2. Called Virgin who said they can see I should have a SIM and transferred me to O2. Been cut off 3 times now trying to get an answer from them
