Hi all,
I have a new phone contract but the contract hasn’t updated on my Virgin media app. It keeps saying I only have 4GB of data (with only 500MB left to last me 11 days time which is not useful since I’m going camping this week), when I know I got the early bird bundle at £51 a month which included 100GB data.
I called helpline who said that my phone contract WAS the early bird bundle.
I've deleted the app twice to see if it needed refreshing and it’s still showing as having only 4GB data.

Just to confirm, when was the new contract due to start? This may kick in after your next bill date.
