Querying unexpected change in bill payments

My last tariff payment has changed without notice from £4.80 - to £8.03. I have looked at my last bill and see no mention of a change of tariff or additional charge. Please refund and explain. My account  page makes no mention either

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, sorry to hear your Mobile Tarif charge has increased, there was a price increase not too long ago which we did send notifications before this happened.
