Hi
I had a Samsung A52 which was stolen. I reported the phone as stolen to Virgin on the 20th of May.
My insurance company needs proof of purchase, proof of a new SIM card, and proof of barring. I as surprised to see that Virgin representatives told me on 2 occasions that they do not provide proof of barring. But they can send a request. I still haven't received anything form Virgin. So am I am now paying for a phone I no longer have and I can't claim from my insurance company.

Thanks for your post J88mmy,
Welcome back to the community.
Just to clarify, was the handset from ourselves?
If so did you receive any proof of purchase when accepting the handset?
Finally we can send proof of usage via your online bills?
Let us know,
