I bought 4 SIM cards to port from EIR to Virgin and during the process of verification code the Virgin steps state that I need to enter a 4 digit code that will be send to me. When I get the sms verification code it has 6 digit and is refused by giving a verification code error.
Has anyone faced similar error before? I am trying support and all possible channels and they are all busy not taking my call.
It is my 4th day trying....bad start, I am almost reconsidering the move.
